Osmer came while I was gone and replaced both the light over the stove and the water filter for the refrigerator. He left a copy of the request and what he had done. Mera has the best maintenance people!!!

The Mera maintenance team is the best I've ever seen at taking care of the apartments in our 55+ apartment complex. They do excellent work and are very good at updating us on their status.

Great place for mature adults who've slowed the pace of life just a tad! Plenty of activities and good, kind neighbors.

Thought there was a wasp nest on my patio railing...turned out I was wrong...maintenance did come out within 30 hours to check and broke open the mud casing.

It’s been great. The only suggestion I have is to have activities in the evening that accommodate those of us that work.

Absolutely beautiful facility with some of the best amenities I've ever heard of. I recently helped some of my elderly neighbors move in after they sold their house. I am very impressed with this complex and would recommend it to anyone 55+ and active who wants a nice place to stay.
